Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, as long as the item is unused and still in its original condition and packaging, you can return the product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns if the skateboard is no longer in acceptable condition.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation of orders is supported within 2 hours after the order is placed and is not supported after 2 hours (processed orders cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), refunds will be arranged within 1-2 working days after successful cancellation.

For refunds due to customer subjective factors, the customer will be required to send back the goods after receiving them. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. We will arrange refunds within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, if it is overdue you can contact our Customer Service Center and we will help you to enquire about the processing (the exact time of refund depends on your payment method, so please be patient and do not rush). Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
