Shipping & Delivery
We only support shipping for orders within the continental United States. International shipping is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. If your purchase amount is greater than or equal to $88.99, you can enjoy our free shipping service. However, if your purchase amount is less than $88.99, you will have to pay an additional $4 for postage. Please note that customers are responsible for all taxes.
Processing & Shipping Time
Processing time will be 1-2 working days. The order processing deadline on working days is 5 pm EST. Orders placed after 5 pm EST on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning (postponed for holidays). Product shipping time is generally 3-12 working days.
If your order takes too long to process (more than 10 working days without special remarks), you can request a refund or contact our customer service and we will arrange to ship your order immediately after verification and send you a $4 coupon.
Please make sure your receiving information is filled out correctly first, if the receiving information is incorrect please be responsible for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have not received the product more than 60 days after delivery, you can choose to get a refund or have it sent to you directly for replacement.
We are not responsible for your lost packages, but if you find your package is lost during shipping, please contact us, we will help you contact the courier and do our best to minimize your loss.
